Main tasks:
- Conduct specialized studies and analyzes as needed to develop, review and update plans for recruiting expatriate workers to keep pace with labor market requirements, and define and implement regulations for professions restricted to Saudis.
- Analyzing data and information related to recruitment with the aim of identifying problems and challenges at work, revealing their causes, and developing and proposing appropriate solutions to them.
- Studying recruitment applications submitted by government agencies, employers, or individuals, and making a decision regarding the submitted applications based on the relevant set of Saudi laws.
- Providing justifications behind the rejection of recruitment applications, and providing applicants with corrective solutions that will help them accept their applications.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to recruitment, presenting appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, presenting them, clarifying them, and saving them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
