- An executive secretary is required to work for a major contracting company in Mecca
mission :
- Organizing the manager’s appointments and reminding him of them
- Preparing memorandums and conducting correspondence with external parties and signing them from the director
- Preparing, documenting and archiving work reports
- Dealing with inquiries and responding to them
- Delivering mail and correspondence to the director
- Preparing periodic memos related to the work of internal organizational units
- Attending meetings, recording and editing meeting minutes
- Preserving documents and files related to the director’s work
- Arranging everything related to the director’s travel
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Executive Secretarial
