- Follow up on vacancies and the human resources needs of departments within the company
- Making job advertisements on the official recruitment platforms approved within the company
- Preparing applicant reports and sorting them according to job requirements
- Communicating with candidates and setting dates for personal interviews
- Conducting initial interviews for candidates and filtering the preparation for what is appropriate for the needs and conditions of the job
- Coordinating personal interviews for the Director of the Recruitment Department
- Sending job offers to selected employees, following up on their acceptance of the offers and negotiating with them
- Notifying accepted candidates to attend to complete appointment procedures
- Directing candidates to the Personnel Affairs Department to complete the appointment procedures and directing them to begin work in the various branches and departments.
- Follow up on the training of new employees and prepare the necessary reports on employees during the trial period
