- Maintain the executive agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc
- Attending meetings and writing a summary of the meetings
- Receiving, examining phone calls and redirecting them when needed
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence (email, messages, etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for the Executive Director
- Handling confidential documents to ensure they remain safe
- Monitoring office supplies Negotiating terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in the secretarial field
