- Preparing the work plan and program, following up on the implementation of building construction according to the specifications and executive programmes, measuring the completed work in coordination with the supervising building engineer, and preparing and submitting work reports.
Main tasks:
- Study the architectural and construction plans for buildings and tender documents, prepare a work plan and program in coordination with the supervising building engineer, and estimate the amount of materials and the size of the necessary labor.
- Follow up on building implementation procedures and activities and ensure compliance with specified specifications
- Taking random samples of building materials and cement mixtures according to the instructions of the supervising building engineer and sending them to the laboratory for examination and conformity to specifications.
- Taking random samples of cement mixtures and sending them to the laboratory to match the specifications
- Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work reports
