2. Study the training needs at the level of organizations and society, and the training needs of the segments of beneficiaries of the center’s training services, and work to design training packages that meet these training needs.

17. Reviewing the training packages prepared by the trainers before holding each training program and ensuring that they comply with the standards. Designing the training packages and meeting actual needs and suiting the age stages presented to them, and ensuring the integrity of their doctrinal, intellectual, educational and security content and their scientific methodology.

47. Submit a quarterly report on the center’s work to the Training Council

Ensure that training certificates are issued to every student participating in the center after he attends the training program and passes the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to pass the training program, and take into account that the trainee receives the training certificate as soon as the training program ends.
49. Coordination with sponsors to sponsor the center’s training programs in accordance with the sponsorship and advertising controls contained in the list of training centers
50. Work to activate the training center’s website on the activity’s electronic portal and provide the website with training plans, training programs, and reports on the implemented programs.
Requirements:
At least four years of experience working as a training specialist
Obtaining a job performance rating of no less than excellent in the last two years
