- Managing the group’s marketing sector, which includes real estate appraisal activities, machinery and equipment, brokerage, marketing, and real estate auctions
- Develop a clear plan, vision and objectives for marketing and promoting the group’s activities (auctions - real estate appraisal - machinery and equipment - real estate brokerage and marketing) to achieve targeted performance in all areas of work.
- Build and maintain client relationships during marketing, brokerage and auction promotions by communicating on sale days at the client's place of business
- Managing the marketing sector in the group, its sister companies, and social media sites for electronic marketing
- Lead the business through a high level of involvement in daily operations with the business team
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in real estate marketing
