- Develop and implement security policies and security procedures
- Monitor security operations budgets and monitor expenses
- Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards
- Attending meetings with various department managers to determine operational needs.
- Planning and coordination of security operations for various events
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alerts
- Review reports on incidents and violations
- Investigate and solve problems related to security and protection
- Preparing and creating periodic reports for management on the security status
- Analyze data and make suggestions for improvements such as implementing new technology
Requirements:
bachelors degree
It is preferable to obtain a TOT certificate in safety and security.
