- A restaurant supervisor is required to work for Glork International Company to provide meals in Jeddah
mission:
- Directly responsible for all operating operations in the restaurant (cleanliness, quality, and service) in order to achieve the optimal level of performance and quality
- Solve customer problems in the correct and quick way
- Follow up on compliance with the official site uniform, paying attention to appearance and general cleanliness
- Managing all restaurant employees and raising their productivity to the maximum level
- Achieving the company’s goals and plans set for it (sales - costs - guest satisfaction - product quality)
- Implementing the health, safety and security regulations (Civil Defense) in the restaurant and having all the correct documents prescribed by the company indicating the application to be presented to the official authorities in the event that they visit the restaurant. He will be directly responsible to the administration for violating any of them.
Requirements:
Saudi
Good experience in the restaurant field
Good management and organization of the work team
Good English language
Proficiency in computers and sales systems
The ability to make decisions
Good dealing with customers
