- Welcoming all customers directly when they enter the exhibition
- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding the customer’s needs, and providing them with the appropriate product
- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to solve all their problems and raising the issue to the direct manager if the solution is not possible
- Dealing with exchange and return requests for all customers in accordance with the instructions followed at the time and following the instructions for reserving goods.
- Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer in a professional manner, as well as listening to the customer, giving him adequate attention, following the five principles of customer service, and continuous communication with the customer by phone, SMS, mail, and all available methods, and informing the customer about all new goods and services.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace
- Maintaining a decent appearance and adhering to full uniform
- Follow management instructions regarding work laws that have been circulated in advance, such as (circulars regarding working hours - breaks - meal times and places - entry and exit - work visits - vacations, etc.)
- Maintaining the order of merchandise stores, as well as maintaining their cleanliness and order, which facilitates the selling process
- Work with the rest of the department’s colleagues in the periodic inventory process
- Active participation in all activities carried out by the company
- Continuously work on self-education to increase knowledge of goods and products
- Follow the company’s security and safety instructions and fully cooperate with the security department in this regard
- Working to attract new customers, maintaining existing customers, working to return old customers (who stopped buying for various reasons) and motivating them to return to buy.
