- A production and quality supervisor is required to work for a contracting company in Riyadh
mission:
- Dealing with a variety of different types of welding and guiding technicians to ensure that welding operations are carried out with precision and high quality
- Understand technical drawings and diagrams and deal with them skillfully to ensure that operations are carried out in precise conformity with specifications
- Organizing workflow within the factory and ensuring that production is completed effectively and on time
- Directing and supervising the team of technicians and providing the necessary guidance and training to develop their skills
- Monitoring the quality of manufactured products and ensuring their compliance with specified standards and specifications
- Supervising installation work on sites
- Providing periodic reports on production and quality performance to senior management
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in production, welding and quality management in a similar environment
At least intermediate qualification
Age from 23 to 40 years
Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and a diverse team
