- Welcoming all customers directly when they enter the showroom and directing them inside the store’s departments
- Achieving monthly sales target
- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to solve all their problems and raising the issue to the direct manager if the solution is not possible
- Provide accurate information such as product features, prices and after-sales services
- Responding to customers regarding products and services
- Supervising the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on the shelves
- Supervising the procedures for returning and replacing products according to company policy
- Informing customers about the latest offers and special discounts on an ongoing basis
- Changing the exhibition display according to the instructions of the sales department
Requirements:
One to two years' experience
Good understanding of the retail process
Knowledge of appropriate storage procedures for products
Proficient in communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers
