- A security and safety trainer is required to hold short-term methodological courses
Job Requirements:
- Designing effective training programs in security and safety
- Holding workshops, training courses, etc
- Preparing all relevant training documents (training bag)
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor trainees’ performance and respond to improve training
- Writing work reports and end-of-training reports
- Follow up on security updates that could affect the planned training course
Requirements:
bachelors degree
Practical experience of not less than two years
It is preferable to obtain a TOT certificate in safety and security.
Strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills
Preference for Saudis
High skill in training, management and dialogue management
