- Supervising, coordinating and delivering guest services at the front desk, including reservation, check-in and check-out
- Receiving hotel guests, encouraging them to stay, and marketing the place to them
- Maintaining a list of reservations and providing the necessary paper records
- Urging to raise the level of customer service and satisfaction, and following up on disputes and complaints
- Encouraging the implementation of hotel policies and procedures
- Form and maintain strong business relationships with other parties, such as travel and reservations agencies
- Review hotel prices and organize invoices accordingly
Requirements:
Educational qualification in hotel and hospitality or management
At least 3 years of experience in hotels, hospitals or customer service
