An executive manager is required to work for a real estate development company in Riyadh
Objectives and tasks:
- Participation in the formulation of objectives and plans and the responsibility for the preparation of executive programs for the approved plans and the activation and implementation of the decisions of the Director General
- Review and audit all procedures, records, forms and instructions related to the quality system after review by the representative of the management of the quality system
- Follow-up and supervise projects' work financially, technically and structurally with department managers
- Periodic reports and follow-up with the General Manager and follow-up work progress
Implementation and bringing in new projects
Managing all the company's affairs (technical and administrative) in coordination with the General Manager, including setting the necessary plans for the organization's needs in terms of projects, human and financial resources, procurement, following up the implementation of projects, developing the necessary plans for the development of the organization's work, expanding its work base and activities, and attracting new business
Develop annual plans for the company's needs of equipment, materials and labor
Preparing the necessary plans for the implementation of projects, studying the timetables and following up on their implementation
- Preparing the company's organizational structures and defining the tasks and responsibilities of each individual in the company
- Strategic planning for the company's business and expanding the base and areas of work
Follow-up implementation work on a daily basis and solve administrative and technical problems facing project managers and engineers
- Periodically evaluating performance and submitting specialized technical reports on the completion of projects, as well as on the level of performance of the various implementation engineers and teams
- Coordinating and continuous communication with the entities associated with the projects in various administrative and technical matters, especially approving executive plans and materials
Full supervision of financial management and follow-up of revenues and expenditures
- Full supervision of the Department of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in the field of projects and construction, including at least 3 years as an executive director or project management
Holds a project management certificate or a related professional certificate
Financial and administrative experience in his field
