Defining the goals of the human resources team and following up the achievements on a regular basis
Design and implement the company's policies to help improve the work environment
- Developing different pay and benefits plans
Monitor human resource metrics such as staffing ratio rates and cost of recruitment processes
Review departmental budgets
Ensure that the Human Resources staff responds to employee requests and grievances in a timely manner
Follow-up human resources procedures to comply with the Labor Law
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Experience from 7 to 15 years in the field of human resources
