Implementing the administrative instructions issued by the direct manager and following up the implementation of the administrative decisions issued by him
- Participate in drawing up plans and providing advice and advice to the CEO and directors of departments in the facility
- Reviewing the internal laws in force in the facility, making the necessary amendments and approving them by the competent departments, and circulating them to the employees and workers in the facility.
- Reviewing the facility's operations to ensure that they comply with the rules and regulations approved by the facility, and the implementation of the facility's contractual agreements with third parties, in coordination with the facility's legal advisor.
Periodically reviews and audits the work procedures followed by department and division managers, and makes sure that they conform to the standards approved by the facility.

Clarify the responsibilities and authorities of all supervisory levels within the facility, and follow up and maintain the facility's relations with government departments, customers, and suppliers.
- Participate with the Executive Director in chairing and managing periodic meetings related to his work and issuing appropriate decisions based on the facts presented
- Participate in reviewing the formulation and preparation of work procedures with the directors of departments in the facility, the initial approval of promotions, bonuses, allowances and salaries after referring to the CEO
Initial approval of executive contracts after reviewing them by the legal advisor, whether they are for the benefit of the facility or as an obligation on the facility to present them to the CEO for final approval.
Submit monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to the Executive Director and discuss these reports in his meeting with the Executive Director
