A warehouse manager with at least 5 years of experience is required to work in Jeddah
mission:
Strategically manage the warehouse in accordance with the company's policies and vision
Supervising the receiving, storage, distribution and maintenance operations
- Planning the setup and ensuring the optimal use of the available spaces
- Coordination and follow-up on the implementation of operational policies well
- Compliance with all requirements of storage and shipping legislation
Providing the production department and other departments with all daily orders
Receipt of the supplied materials and delivery of a copy according to the consignment to the Purchasing Department
- Documenting materials entering and leaving the warehouse
Ensure the safety of storage in warehouses and the availability of fire safety measures
Ensure that the warehouses are ventilated for the goods that are necessary
- Putting identification cards for warehouses and the contents of each warehouse
- Developing warehouse management and department models
- Building a database on the assets and whereabouts of the goods in each store
Make sure to use the first-in, first-out method
Receiving and arranging goods properly to avoid damage or breakage
Manage and organize warehouse workers' time and train them
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and ensuring easy access to goods
- Developing plans for warehouses and where the goods are located
Optimal use of available space in warehouses
- Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security standards
Manage stock control using various data warehousing software
Preparing the annual budget and communicating with customers, suppliers and transport companies
Prepare work plan, assign tasks appropriately and evaluate results
- Supervising the selection and employment of competencies and providing appropriate training and motivation for employees
- Preparing reports and statistics periodically, such as entry and exit reports and available quantities reports
- Cooperate with the quality department and follow up on quality notes
