- Implementing the company’s marketing plan and working to achieve its goals
- Implementing promotional plans, programs, and advertising campaigns for the company according to the approved procedures, registering them on the ERP system, and following up on the preparation, receipt, and distribution of brochures, posters, etc.
- Editing marketing content and designing advertising media and approving them from the department director
- Working with advertising agencies and applications (marketing channels) to implement marketing programs
- Searching for exhibitions related to the company’s activity, communicating with the organizing bodies, contracting with them, and planning and managing participation in these exhibitions according to their approved budgets.
- Submitting periodic reports on the work that has been completed, supported by statistics and observations on deviations from previously established estimates, and providing suggestions and visuals.
- Discovering customers’ desires and developing products and services that satisfy their desires through continuous investigation
- Implementing studies aimed at attracting new customers to the company and monitoring their needs and desires to satisfy them
- Study and analyze complaints received from the company’s customers with the aim of developing the company’s services
