Organizing and reminding the director of appointments, dealing with inquiries and responding to them, and delivering mail and correspondence to the director
Preparing periodic notes related to the work of the internal organizational units
- Attending meetings and recording and editing meeting minutes
Keeping documents and files related to the director's work
- Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work reports
Requirements:
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel - Word)
