Follow-up bank accounts, submit a statement of daily balances, checks under collection, checks issued and not yet paid, count the company's payments and receipts, and analyze them monthly.
- Follow-up of the receivable notes issued in favor of the company and the payment notes due on the company and follow up on their due dates
- Preparing reconciliations for all bank accounts, whether current accounts or loans and facilities, monthly, knowing the reasons for the differences and preparing settlement entries
- Preparing the documents required to request credit from banks, following up the activation of credit after issuance, and reviewing its balances (for credits & letters of guarantee / loans)
Follow-up of bank deposits in the various banks that the company deals with, follow-up notices of attachment and accrual, match accrued interest with banks, and prepare accounting entries for deposits.
