Job responsibilities and tasks:
• Preserving the company's assets of vehicles and equipment under his responsibility in the project
• Educate drivers and users of vehicles and equipment of the need to maintain equipment and monitor them while driving and ensure their compliance with traffic laws and regulations
• Using the company's traffic management forms as values related to the delivery of equipment to a driver, deducting the value of a violation, deducting repair costs, receiving and collecting the contents of the equipment and sending it to the administration on an up-to-date basis.
• Creating a file for each car and collecting all related documents and transactions
• Ensure that the car card is used by the driver and write down all the data on it
• Reporting any accident or damage to vehicles and equipment in the project, submitting a report about it and the person responsible for it, go directly to the accident site, stand with the driver during the investigation about the incident by the Najm or Traffic official, and collect all the necessary papers to submit a claim to the insurance company and send it to the Traffic Department.
• Maintaining the database of vehicles and equipment in the project and following up on updating it
• The signature of the driver or employee on a form or record of receiving and receiving the vehicle and recording its damages
• Recording kilometers for vehicles and equipment on a monthly basis, sending them to the Traffic Department, following up on oil change times for vehicles, and doing periodic maintenance for them in coordination with the workshop.
• Completing the procedures for issuing licenses to drivers by the Traffic Department
• Follow up and finalize the driver's signature on the traffic violation caused and send it to the Traffic Department
• Submission of vehicles for which periodic technical inspection is required to be carried out by the movement department, and the result of the examination is sent to the movement department after passing the vehicle, and the necessity to inspect the vehicles after their return to ensure their safety and that they are free from any damages that have not been reported by the driver
• It is necessary to alert drivers to inspect the vehicle before starting to drive it to ensure that it is free from any scratches or damages
• Ensure that a copy of the insurance form and certificate is placed inside all vehicles
• Maintain organized records of completed vehicles, schedules, and orders
Keeping drivers and vehicles data on the computer (a copy of the driver's ID - a copy of the driver's license - the vehicle form - the insurance certificate)
• Participate in the performance of the process of selecting drivers for vehicles and equipment
• Reporting maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment
• Research and make proposal for cost effective itineraries
• Perform regular safety audits on equipment
• Organizing training courses for workers such as proper use of machines and handling of hazardous materials
• Maintain organized records of completed vehicles, schedules, and orders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legislation and supervise the application of occupational safety rules and regulations
• Dealing with the TAMM website and the Ministry of Transport website and following up on the completion of the necessary licenses
• Carry out any other tasks assigned to him within his competence
Requirements:
Practical experience in the position of movement and transportation manager
Strong knowledge of traffic and licensing systems and its websites and dealing with them
Strong knowledge of accident follow-up methods and dealing with insurance companies
Ability to prepare and track orders
Serious use of MS Office programs
The ability to use logistics software such as GIS - AVL
Have organizational skills
Ability to supervise and train staff
Proficiency in problem-solving skills and providing appropriate solutions
