- Overseeing, coordinating and delivering guest services at the front desk, including reservation, check-in and check-out
Main functions:
Maintain a list of reservations, and provide necessary paper records
Urge to raise the level of customer service and satisfaction, and follow up disputes and complaints
Encourage implementation of hotel policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with third parties, such as travel agencies and reservations
- Reviewing hotel prices and organizing bills accordingly
Requirements:
Academic qualification in hotel and hospitality or management
At least 3 years of experience in hotels, hospitals or customer service
