Job description:
• Implementation of financial and accounting procedures approved by senior management
• Controlling the documents issued and received by the accounting department, and making sure that they are correct and that they contain the necessary signatures
Maintaining books and accounting documents necessary for the implementation of the approved accounting system, and ensuring that they are registered legally and kept after completion of the legal period.
• Supervising the preparation and approval of entry vouchers before recording them in the accounting books
• Preparing monthly reconciliations
• Supervise the registration and posting of entry vouchers
• Participating in the periodic and annual inventory of materials and fixed assets and matching them with their accounts
Supervising the preparation of the bank’s monthly settlement statements, showing the differences (if any), informing the financial manager to review them, and preparing the necessary settlement entries.
• Supervising the preparation of audit scales and periodic financial reports, studying and analyzing them, and then submitting them to the financial manager for approval and presentation to senior management.
• Supervising the recording of transactions in accounts payable accounts and issuing their payment orders at the specified times
• Supervising the preparation of salary and wages tables for employees and ensuring the correctness of preparing these tables
• Preparing settlement entries at the end of the financial period based on the instructions of the financial manager
• Preparing audit scales for the detailed accounts and general accounts at the end of each month and ensuring the validity of the balances in each of them
• Preparing financial reports at the end of each period
• Informing the financial manager of any violation of the financial policy or of the financial procedures applied by the various departments and sections in the association, or of any deviation that appears in the periodic financial statements
• Providing all information and clarifications required by the work of other departments in the association and the work of external auditors and working to facilitate their mission
• Preparing the final accounts at the end of the fiscal year
• Prepare official data on time for submission to official departments
