Working hours are two shifts: morning and evening
Job description and tasks:
Achieving the monthly sales target
- Welcoming all customers directly upon entering the showroom
- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding the customer's needs, and providing them with the appropriate product
- Dealing with customer complaints positively, trying to solve all their problems, and raising the matter to the direct manager if the solution is not possible
- Dealing with exchange and return requests for all customers in accordance with the instructions followed in a timely manner, and following the instructions for reserving goods
- Providing high-level customer service through treating the customer in a professional manner, as well as listening to the customer and giving him sufficient attention, following the five principles of customer service, continuous communication with the customer by phone, SMS, mail and all available methods, and informing the customer of all that is new in terms of goods and services
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace
- Maintaining a decent appearance and adhering to the full uniform
- Follow the administration's instructions regarding labor laws that have been circulated previously, such as (circulars regarding working hours - rests - times and places for food - entry and exit - work visits - vacations, etc.)
- Maintaining the order of the stores of goods, as well as maintaining their cleanliness and order, which facilitates the sale process
- Work with the rest of the department colleagues in the periodic inventory process
Active participation in all activities carried out by the company
- Work continuously on self-education to increase knowledge of goods and products
- Follow the security and safety instructions of the company and fully cooperate with the security department in this regard
- Work to attract new customers, maintain existing customers, and work to return old customers (who stopped buying for various reasons) and motivate them to return to buy
- Continuously arranging the goods in the exhibition and returning them to their normal position after the completion of the sale process, and re-displaying the pieces that were sold from the exhibition, from the warehouse stock
Preparing the required daily reports on exhibition sales and daily cash inventory
- Referring to the exhibition manager in any problem that hinders the progress of work to solve it
Follow all instructions issued by the administration
