A human resources coordinator with experience of not less than two years is required to work for the company in Riyadh
Roles and responsibilities:
Conducting analyzes on wages and benefits available in the labor market for various jobs
Organize employee referral process including asking for referrals and managing reward requests
Drafting and updating job descriptions for vacancies
Provide the induction program to all new employees and ensure the completion and processing of documents for new employees and their registration in the relevant systems.
Requirements:
3 years diploma
One to two years of experience in Human Resources
He is fluent in using modern applications and the Internet, and has knowledge of dealing with all government platforms: (Power - Social Insurance - Madad - Human Resources - Muqeem - Tam - Transfer - Statement)
