Job Description:
Managing all maintenance workshops at the various project sites, planning, scheduling and following up maintenance work and ensuring the availability of spare parts and consumables in a central manner, in addition to supervising maintenance work for the company's various sites and buildings, and supervising the work of suppliers
Job responsibilities and tasks:
• Developing methodologies for the company's maintenance work procedures in general and managing various maintenance workshops at the sites
• Planning periodic maintenance work at the level of all projects in cooperation with the various project managers
• Follow up on maintenance work and ensure effective use of resources between all sites
• Managing maintenance requirements such as purchases, spare parts and consumables, and managing materials in stores
• Work with the approved suppliers of the company and ensure the quality of supplying the required materials
• Coordinating the work between the maintenance officials at the different sites and ensuring the quality of the work
• Manage the affairs of maintenance officials at various sites and ensure the development of their skills and competencies according to business needs
• Ensure that all resources are ready to carry out maintenance work
• Contribute to attracting maintenance officials at the sites
• Carrying out field visits on an ongoing basis
• Submitting reports and dashboards to senior management on a regular basis for the conduct of maintenance work according to the required data
• Carry out any other works or requirements requested by the line manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and two years of experience in the field
High diploma in mechanical and maintenance work and 4 years of experience in the field
Fluent in Arabic and English
Knowledge of Urdu and other languages to deal with employment is preferred.
