- Answering the phone and booking system
- Receiving customers, introducing them to the restaurant and menus, and accompanying them to the tables as well
Greet guests as they enter and place them on a waiting list as necessary
Provide guests with menus, and answer any preliminary questions
- Attention to seating guests at tables or in waiting areas
- Guide customers to the tables they prefer.
Interact with customers to ensure they are happy with the food and service.
- Responding to complaints and assisting in resolving them
- Answering phone calls, making reservations for customers and answering their questions
- Assist with other jobs in the restaurant as needed
- Provide great customer service
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in customer service
