- We are looking for a qualified Senior IT Specialist to oversee the infrastructure & maintain the IT Services, including hardware, software, and networks aiming for the highest functionality.
- You will also make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. A successful Senior IT Specialist must have a thorough knowledge of computer software, hardware, various applications, networks, and operating systems.
- The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.
Requirements:
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
Have a minimum 3 years of experience and certificated on the position role
Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office and other desktop related software
LAN/WAN networking basics
Must Have a stronge knowledge in CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365
Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
Must have great customer services skills
Strong Arabic/English skills
Ability to diagnose PC and laptop and software related issues
