An administrative assistant is required to work for a maintenance, operation and finishing company in Jeddah
mission:
Preparing the daily and weekly work program
Preparing and preparing for meetings with internal and external parties, and attending sessions if asked to do so, to present topics and record action plans
- Reviewing, approving and coordinating the schedule of appointments and interviews, and stating what was postponed, along with mentioning the reasons for the postponement.
- Participation in the processes of organizing agreements and contracts for new investments
Carrying out any tasks assigned to him by the line manager and related to the nature of his work
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience in the field of specialization
Good knowledge of how to prepare spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Office programs
Strong computer skills
High verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team
Ability to conduct research and analyze data
Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies
