Responsible for the financial and business health and activities of the company
- Regulatory and management compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), scenario modeling
Advising the CEO on potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) objectives
- Planning initial public offerings (IPOs), budgeting capital, obtaining debt and equity financing, and handling investor relations
Advising the CEO and the Board of Directors on the overall strategic direction of the company
Requirements:
10 to 15 years of experience
Qualification in accounting or financial management
Full knowledge in the use of accounting software and the necessary skills in his field
