Main functions:
Act as the patient's lead nurse throughout the duration of their stay and coordinate all patient treatment and accommodations based on their treatment relationship
- Providing patient information through direct communication and coordination with team members and other doctors and specialists, integrating information and coordinating care according to the case.
Creating a healthy work environment and enabling physicians, nurses, and other professionals to remove barriers to patient care
- Develop work methods and procedures and keep abreast of developments in nursing methods and nursing care
- Documenting the nursing procedures and activities provided to the patient in the medical record and ensuring the application of public safety principles and rules while carrying out various nursing work and operations
