- Coordination, distribution of responsibilities, and knowledge of technical, electrical, and mechanical matters for cars
- Supervision and control of the workshop
- Negotiating contracts with service vendors
Ensure that all workers and employees adhere to safety rules and policies
- Preparing periodic reports
- Calculating expenses and supervising the budgets for the workshop
- Developing workshop operations
- Raising the level of efficiency of employees through training, following-up and evaluating their level on an ongoing basis
Follow-up on the condition of the operating equipment and securing its consumable parts on an ongoing basis to maintain them to reduce the duration of repairs
Recording the needs of the workshop in terms of tools and equipment, and coordinating with the relevant departments to provide them
- Follow up the maintenance of cars inside the workshop and ensure that maintenance and repair work is carried out in a professional and sound manner
Carry out any other tasks assigned to him within his competence
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering of Vehicles and Equipment
Previous experience of at least 3 years as a workshop manager is preferred
The ability to predict and realize potential future problems in the field of work
Ability to coordinate and distribute responsibilities
The ability to motivate workers and develop their skills
