Manage, design, develop and construct construction projects in a safe and timely manner
Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.)
- Conducting technical and feasibility studies and developing plans that meet technical specifications
Evaluate potential risks and determine materials and costs
Providing advice and appropriate solutions to building and construction problems
- Supervising staff and communicating with various administrative positions
- Preparing periodic reports on the status of the project
Managing the budget and procurement of required equipment and materials
- Follow-up of construction and safety permits and supervise the application of all conditions
