- Receiving, welcoming and directing guests to the appropriate place
- Follow-up times and waiting lists and arrange guests' appointments
- Meeting customer requirements, needs and preferences
Follow up on customers' orders and take them to the dining areas
- Greet customers when they leave
- Coordinate with waiting staff about available seat options
Maintain a clean reception area
- Meeting the needs of guests who need extra care such as children and the elderly
- Answering incoming calls and handling customer inquiries
Requirements:
Minimum secondary qualification
Experience of not less than one year in the same field
