- Implements the policies and procedures of the HR Operations & Policies
- Provides advice and guidance to Management and Department - Heads and addresses employee queries on issues related to employee relations, local regulations, HR policies and procedures, etc.
- Follows up regularly on the local Labor Law and ensures compliance.
- Coordinates and follows up on all HR operational issues, ensuring compliance with IMS, as regards:
- Employee’s administration matters (i.e. new hires, resignations, terminations, exit interviews, indemnity, transfers; Employment Contracts, Probationary Period Employee Assessment)
- Ensures that employee files are maintained and that data quality is up to company standards.
- Assists in the Training & Development and Performance Management processes as needed.
- Provides regular and ad hoc Reports to Management to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
A diploma in Human Resources Management is highly preferred
