A tender pricing engineer is required to work for a general contracting establishment in Jeddah
Roles and responsibilities:
Follow-up government tenders on the Etimad platform and the government procurement portal, select tenders for purchase, study brochures, and determine competitive prices to apply for competition.
- Analysis of items and pricing of tenders in the field of operation, maintenance and finishes inside the Kingdom
- Creating a schedule for the project that specifies the start of each process in the project and the time of completion and delivery of each part
Follow up the work and monitor the work of the subcontractor at the site, communicate with the client, and take notes from the client on the work or modifications
Listing the works that have been accomplished at each stage of the implementation of the operations and making a statement thereof
- Making periodic extracts and invoices for the client to collect dues for the operations that have been completed
- Making site receipt records and primary and final receipt records
- Making extracts and invoices for the contractor or suppliers. Extracts and invoices for the contractor or suppliers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline + at least 5 years of experience in the same discipline
Experience in pricing maintenance, operation and finishing projects
He has knowledge and is constantly updated with market prices
