- Identifying customer needs, communicating with them, clarifying information, and providing available solutions or alternatives
- Presenting marketing offers for the company's products and services, when given the opportunity to do so
- Building sustainable relationships with customers by obtaining additional data such as (e-mail, or another phone number)
Keep records of all conversations in our contact center database in an understandable manner
Attending educational trainings continuously to improve the level of service and performance
Follow-up procedures for achieving the objectives of the customer service department
Requirements:
Two or more years of experience in customer service
