Job description:
- Establishing an integrated administration and planning operating strategies and managing the movement of heavy equipment
Follow-up works and full supervision of drivers and truck tracking systems
Organizing administrative work and applying it with regard to the systems and regulations in force in the system of operation, movement and transportation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and everything related to
- Follow-up with the contracting companies, raise all requirements, and coordinate among them to facilitate the work and speed up its completion
Preparing the required weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Control costs, quality and speed of service and work to increase profitability
- Ensure facilities and equipment are run to maximum efficiency, output and personnel management, budget and cost reporting
Create planned scheduling and supervise adherence to and timely completion of completed work
- Increase the operational effectiveness of the site and reduce downtime and manage and implement improvement plans
- Monitor and control periodic maintenance and operating costs and supervise budgets
Executing and following up long-term contracts and expanding the business circle of the company (this becomes an annual return) agreed upon
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any similar field
  • At least two years of experience in management
