• Offering counseling services to employees.
• Participating in recruitment ( Making Ads, sorting, contact candidate, arrange interviews, collect candidate documents, prepare job offer, contract)
• Register new joiners in ERP, Next Cloud, and filling.
• Register Saudis in Taqat, and send monthly billing to account department.
• Handel all employee documentation and filling in ERP, Next Cloud, Filling.
• Handel vacation request, visa, air ticket.
• Manage and keep record of Vacation balance and used balance.
• Manage transfer request, and transfer report.
• Handle all government website such as (Labor office, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI,….)
• Issuance and renewal of employees Iqama & work permits.
• Participate in Separation process (Resignation, Termination) & Clerance process.
• Prepare employee Full & Final settlement & vacation encashments.
• Review employee timesheet in ERP.
• Prepare payroll if needed.
• Issue warning letters as per law & internal policy.
• addition and deletion and billing review for the medical insurance.
• Register all related expenses for the budget.
• Prepare all types of HR letters.
• Do whatever related to HR work as requested from HR manager.
