Preparing the monthly trial balance and the annual budget of the association
Analyzing operational costs, determining the financial position of the association, and presenting effective proposals to reduce operating costs
- Internal audit of the Resources Development Department to ensure the validity and accuracy of the financial information provided
- Preparing exchange documents related to the association's work and the projects and programs it implements
Preparing accounting entries in accordance with the scientific principles followed in this field
Preparing payroll, advances and other daily statements
- Preparing a monthly or quarterly statement of expenses and revenues, or according to the association's work system
- Maintaining the confidentiality of data and information that is circulated within the scope of his work
Review banks and institutions when needed
- Reviewing the association's investments in terms of accounting, investment feasibility and compatibility with financial regulations
Carry out any other tasks assigned to him in the field of his competence
Requirements:
