Job description:
Plans and implements a plan for advertising vacancies
- Conducts and plans preliminary interviews to select qualified applicants for vacant positions
Personnel management and requirements
Contributes to providing a supportive and stimulating work environment
- Communication with brokers and partner companies with the association
Providing all the requirements of intermediaries and partner companies with the association
Provide the appropriate tool for evaluating the performance of employees
Providing appropriate tools that create a disciplined environment within the association
Submitting weekly and monthly reports that include the performance of employees in general
- Calculating employee salaries per month and approving deductions
Implementation of the operational plan
Cooperating with female employees to raise work productivity
Familiarity with all developments in work systems and their objectives
List job vacancies
Preserving and archiving the data of job seekers and sorting the best and most suitable of them
- Communicate and follow up with job applicants to determine the day of the interview
- Coordinating interviews by organizing and participating in interviews
Fill out the nomination form with the committee
- Communicate with the applicants and inform them of the start date
- Preparing the association's manpower development plan
- Supervision and follow-up on the days of the professional growth of the employees, including archiving the training courses that the employees have passed
- Surveying and analyzing the training needs of the workforce in the association
Develop appropriate plans with departments to improve the performance of low performers
- General supervision of resignation requests and completion of all related procedures
Create an integrated database of all training workshop data. and female beneficiaries
Participate in developing department plans
- Effective communication between employees
Carry out any other tasks assigned to him in the field of his competence
Requirements:
