- Providing personnel services to the association's employees in accordance with the relevant regulations and regulations, internal policies and procedures of the association, in order to achieve the highest levels of employee satisfaction and achieve compliance with relevant regulations.
- Application of appointment, employment and termination of services procedures
Follow up and complete all regulatory, governmental and legal requirements
- Implementation of the rules and regulations for the employees of the association
Managing activities related to cooperative training and administrative volunteering
- Preserving and archiving the files of female employees and the department
Follow up on training needs and implement internal and external training programs
Participate and support in all department business requirements as necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in general, preferably in human resources or business administration
3 years of experience in the field of personnel or human resources in general
