Responsibilities:
- Obtaining work with other companies to ensure that trucks and equipment are operated permanently and continuously as possible
- Designing and writing operating and movement strategies for equipment and transportation, organizing periodic procedures and managing trips
Supervision and follow-up of drivers
- Implementation of regulations, systems and policies in relation to the operation and movement department
Preparing the required reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) to assist other departments in order to speed up appropriate decision-making
- Monitoring costs, quality, customer satisfaction, speed of service, working to increase profitability, monitoring local competitors and their operations, making comparisons and presenting them to direct management
Create planned scheduling and supervise adherence to and timely completion of completed work
- Monitor and control periodic maintenance and operating costs and supervise budgets
