Manage kitchen staff and coordinate orders with different departments
Supervising food preparation and cooking on time
Ensure food quality and required temperature
- Preparing the shift schedule and following up on vacations and the availability of the required labor
- Cooperate with the restaurant manager and set the price list
Order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed
Training kitchen staff on preparations and use of equipment and tools
Store food products in accordance with health and safety procedures
- Preparing periodic reports to determine budgets and expenditures
Maintain occupational health and safety standards in the kitchen area
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant field
