Job Description:
- Receiving and welcoming visitors or clients and directing them to the appropriate official or office
Ensure that the reception area is tidy and contains all the necessary stationery such as pens, booklets and papers for the workplace
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
Providing administrative support and coordinating work activities
- Receiving and answering e-mails
Save work files
- Interacting with customers and strengthening the relationship with them
- Organizing appointments, scheduling meetings, and updating calendars
- Preparing meeting rooms, making travel plans and making presentations
Keep copies of documents and records
- Ensuring that visitors are registered when they arrive at the reception area and that their data is saved on the computer
- Answering any inquiries or questions needed by clients or visitors
- Maintain office file system
- Meeting the needs of customers during their visit to the workplace
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field is preferred
Proficiency in using a computer and dealing with Microsoft Office programs
Speak English fluently
Previous experience in reception or any related field is preferred
High oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and prioritization of work when multitasking
Sufficient experience in providing excellent customer service
Flexibility at work and the ability to work long hours or overtime
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems
