Roles and responsibilities:
Receiving incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and needs efficiently and professionally
Directing calls and transferring them to the relevant departments when needed
- Recording and documenting details of calls and important information accurately and carefully
Provide immediate solutions and assist customers in resolving problems and inquiries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in call center service
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with clients courteously and professionally
Good knowledge of computer systems and office software
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
