Job description:
Roles and responsibilities:
Receiving incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and needs efficiently and professionally
Directing calls and transferring them to the relevant departments when needed
- Recording and documenting details of calls and important information accurately and carefully
Provide immediate solutions and assist customers in resolving problems and inquiries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in call center service
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with clients courteously and professionally
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and office software
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Employment type:

Salary Range: 7,000 S.R.
