A real estate marketer with experience in marketing and property management is required to work in Riyadh
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the marketing and sales of commercial and residential properties
Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants
Negotiate lease and contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertising and marketing of vacant spaces to attract permanent tenants
Collecting accounts receivable and dealing with budgets and operating expenses
- Building relationships with potential clients to expand sales opportunities
Requirements:
Experience of not less than 3 years
Full understanding of real estate and property management and all legal and financial aspects
Focusing on customer interests and real estate requirements
