Job description:
Develop a social media strategy with goals to increase brand awareness
- Provide plans that help increase the percentage of customer participation and the target audience
- Manage all social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram
- Planning content and setting dates for publishing on social media channels
- Developing and managing competitions and advertising campaigns that enhance the presence of the institution and the brand
- Preparing and implementing informative articles and preparing blogs
- Create multimedia content and outsource attractive content delivery
- Forming key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
Manage social media communities by responding to social media posts
Develop discussions, analyze reactions and provide appropriate solutions to problems
- Monitor and report performance on social media platforms using analytics tools
- Managing the work team and organizing tasks and responsibilities
Educate other employees about the use of social media and promote its use within the organisation
- Communicate with customers via phone or e-mail to find out customer needs
Requirements:
  • 3 years experience
  • Working hours at the workplace
  • A resident of the city of Riyadh
