An Operations Manager is required to work for Brand Clothing in Jeddah
Basic functions:
Review performance data to assess operational progress toward goals, identify areas for improvement, and identify potential areas for cost reduction
Directing administrative, IT, and financial activities to ensure the efficient operation of the business or department
Evaluate suppliers and supply chain to ensure necessary goods and services are provided in line with budgets
Directs and coordinates human resources management, including recruitment, performance appraisals, assignments, and scheduling
- Develop departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff
Ensure the smooth daily operations necessary to operate the branches appropriately
- Continuous improvement to develop the general performance to serve the objectives of the company
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
